HFlex will enable providers to setup revolving accounts up to 60 months with variable interest rates and no patient signature required. Simply call the HealthFirst Activation line for patients to verbally initiate the loan upon origination. Paper loan documents will no longer be required for funding*. When additional charges are incurred at the health system, providers may add to the existing HFlex obligation without creating new loan documentation.
