HealthFirst Receivable Outsourcing (HeRO) was founded in 1989 as Accounts Receivable Systems (ARS) to provide a proactive and positive approach to self-pay receivables management. The ARS name was changed in 2004 to better reflect our focus on healthcare and caring customer service.
