How do I add charges to my HealthFirst account?

Contact your provider’s business office to determine eligibility. Ask for a referral of your account to HealthFirst.

What accounts may be added to my HealthFirst account?

HealthFirst Financial is intended to help you manage your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Please contact your provider's business office to request that charges be added to your HealthFirst account.

What if I have a question about my HealthFirst account?

What's my monthly payment?

Your minimum monthly payment is listed on your most recent statement. Simply log in to our secure patient portal, click "Statements" at the top of the screen, and find your most recent statement and payment amount.

Why is there no minimum payment amount displayed online?

If you have already paid the current month's payment, there will not be a minimum payment due. Your account may also be paid in full. If you believe there should be a minimum payment due, please call our Patient Experience Representatives at
